These Terms of Service govern your use of the ClearVPN application and all related services provided by ClearVPN. By installing or using ClearVPN, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application and discontinue use.
Eligibility: ClearVPN services are available to users who are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using ClearVPN, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify ClearVPN immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Acceptable Use: You may use ClearVPN solely for lawful purposes. You agree not to use ClearVPN to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) distribute malware, spam, or harmful content; (d) conduct unauthorised penetration testing or attacks on systems.
Subscription and Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as provided by our 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
No-Logs Commitment: ClearVPN commits to its no-logs policy as described in the Privacy Policy. We will not provide user activity data to any third party, including law enforcement, except where legally compelled by a valid court order.
Service Availability: ClearVPN strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, or factors beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.
Intellectual Property: ClearVPN and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are the exclusive property of ClearVPN and its affiliates. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without written permission.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearVPN's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination: ClearVPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, unless local mandatory law requires otherwise.
